I thought I would be dreading this season. Although the country knows the weather's good here in the fall (Alberta), I have always been a bit down on the whole autumn experience. It leads, after all, to cruel, cruel winter!
This year is a little different. I find that I am so in love with these days of cold sunshine and golden leaves. Watching the trees shed their glory for another season, to sleep and maybe dream, is turning out to be one of the most beautiful experiences I've had in a long long time.
Maybe I'm just getting old...ha ha.
But maybe!
