Glacial Lake

This Lake is formed by the Angel Glacier. I've never felt so much in awe at the slow surety of the planet as I have standing in the valley bowl carved out by this enormous shelf of ice. If you look to the far shore, you can see the arm of the lower glacier forming one side of the lake, its strata observable as the wall continually breaks off to feed the chill waters.
