To make things easier, I've stopped archiving on TELUS and am using up Blogger's copious storage space. In fact, I'm not going to be using TELUS at all anymore.

I was going to say it was because of the poor customer service, but now I can't thanks to a great guy from Montreal named Bruno. Apparently, he saved all my files from the abyss of deletion on what was his very last day working in TELUS' tech service department.
