The End of September
Alberta Foothills
west of Jasper

To relieve the whiteness outside my window, I've been flipping through these photos of warm days and gentle evenings.

Sorry about your whiteness, Aaron.

Ah - the sunshine and blue skies look lovely... We've had precious little of that of late...

I really like your series of crow paintings that you've posted over the last bit. Very moody and atmospheric.

Thanks tlc...one thing we have here is sun and sky. it's so open and free...but we pay for it with sometimes arid conditions and, of course, the long cold winter.

tav, it's not so much the whiteness that gets to me, I guess, as it is the strakness. When the weather is more interesting, as you remeber, we get the most beautiful wintry days...

It's hard to sell snow and cold, but there is an innate splendour to it.
