It's All Connected
The air fills my lungs and gives me vital breath. I am the air. The earth grows food which gives my body health and life. I am the earth. I drink water and it flows through me, cleansing me, and makes my blood run swift. I am water. The stars shine in the sky and fill my soul with hope, peace, and love. I am the fire in the stars. When I know all these things, body and spirit, then I begin my journey on that Good Red Road.
